This Service Agreement is a binding contract between PT Ahli Web Internasional ("AhliWeb") and the customer ("you" or "Client") using our services.
1. Parties
Service Provider: PT Ahli Web Internasional, providing integrated digital services in Indonesia.
Client: Individual or business entity that registers and uses our services.
2. Scope of Services
- Website design and development
- Hosting and server management
- Maintenance and technical support
- Cyber security services
- Digital and ERP consulting
3. Our Obligations
- Provide services per agreed specifications
- Provide technical support per applicable SLA
- Maintain confidentiality of client data
4. Client Obligations
- Pay service fees per agreed schedule
- Use services per applicable AUP and terms
5. Payment
Payment delays exceeding 7 business days may result in service suspension.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Deliverables become client property upon full payment.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be resolved through deliberation. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, the matter may be submitted to BANI or the competent court.
